Common questions about our booking process
How far in advance should I book my tour or transfer?
We recommend booking as soon as you've confirmed your travel dates, especially during peak season (December to April). For tours, we suggest at least 3-7 days in advance. For airport transfers, at least 48 hours notice is preferred, though we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
What is your cancellation policy?
For tours: Free cancellation with full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.
For transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Late cancellations incur a 50% fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely. After submitting your booking request, you'll receive payment instructions via email.
Do I need to pay the full amount at the time of booking?
For tours: A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 7 days before your tour date.
For airport transfers: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For airport transfers, we monitor all flight arrivals and will adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. Your driver will be there to meet you regardless of when your flight actually arrives. For tours, we'll do our best to accommodate changes due to flight delays—please contact us as soon as possible.
